That is one of my templates indeed (in the blue United preview), easy to see by the shoulders and the rest, they are not poorly "adapted", the word here is poorly ripped.
And making the wrinkles (good ones of course) is the hard part, the artistic part of any task is always the hard one since it's completely based on talent and creativity. Connecting the textures is not hard and requires only patience.
Good luck in your kits, just don't use ripped materials of other users, there are plenty of good free textures around to be used.
