A texture change might be a good idea indeed.
If I may say some tips, you should easy up in the socks seams, they are way too strong, also the seams on dark/black kits are too strong and white-ish, look on real life pics they are very smooth. And last the shadow on socks, the one that goes after the zone where you fold the socks is too strong too, in real life the is almost no shadow there so it should be very smooth too.
